ولان مفعلا أكثر من فعلى لانه يبنى من كل أفعلت.
And because 'maf'al' is more common than 'fa'la' because it is built from every 'af'ala'.
وكان الكسائي يقول: هو فعلى، وقد ذكرناه في السين.
