واللاغية: اللغو.
And 'al-laghiya' means vain talk.
لا تسمع فيها لاغية

والغو في الايمان: ما لا يعقد عليه القلب، كقول الرجل في كلامه: بلى والله: ولا والله!
And 'al-ghaw' in oaths is that which the heart does not intend, like a man saying in his speech: 'Yes, by God!' or 'No, by God!'
