Meaning, a man can endure everything until the mention of his womenfolk comes up, then he becomes indignant and cannot bear it.
وقولهم مهه، أي يسير
And their saying 'mahh', meaning easy.
ويقال أيضا مهاه، أي حسن
And it is also said 'mahah', meaning good/beautiful.
ونصب النساء على الاستثناء، أي ما خلا النساء
And 'al-nisaa' is in the accusative case as an exception, meaning 'except women'.
وإنما أظهروا التضعيف في مهه فرقا بين فعل وفعل
