أي جالسات على الطنافس التي وطأن بها الهوادج.

والسلي: اسم موضع.
And As-Sali: is the name of a place.
ونصب " واكنات " على الحال.
And 'wakinat' is in the accusative case as a circumstantial adverb (haal).
