And the camel's yearning: her sound in her distress for her young.

And the day of Hunayn
نصروا نبيهم وشدوا أزره بحنين يوم تواكل الابطال
They supported their prophet and strengthened his arm at Hunayn on the day when heroes vied with each other.
كان حنين رجلا شديدا ادعى إلى أسد بن هاشم بن عبد مناف، فأتى عبد المطلب وعليه خفان أحمران فقال: يا عم، أنا ابن أسد ابن هاشم.
Hunayn was a strong man who claimed lineage to Asad ibn Hashim ibn Abd Manaf. He came to Abd al-Muttalib wearing two red slippers and said: O uncle, I am the son of Asad, son of Hashim.
فقالوا: "رجع حنين بخفيه" فصار مثلا.
So they said: 'Hunayn returned with his slippers,' and it became a proverb.
أبيت أهوى في شياطين ترن مختلف نجواهم حن وجن
I spend the night descending among devils whose varied whispers are 'ḥann' and 'jinn'.
ورجل محنون، أي مجنون، وبه حنة أي جنة.
And a possessed man, meaning mad, and he has ḥannah, meaning madness.
ويقال: الحن: خلق بين الجن والانس.
And it is said: al-ḥann: a creation between jinn and humans.
وحن بالضم: اسم رجل.
And ḥann (with dammah): a man's name.
