وحران: اسم بلد.
And Harran: the name of a country/place.
والنسبة إليه حرنانى على غير قياس، كما قالوا منانى في النسبة إلى مانى، والقياس ما نوى وحرانى على ما عليه العامة.
And the attribution to it is 'Harrani' irregularly, just as they said 'Manani' for attribution to Mani, and the regular form is 'Mawani' and 'Harrani' according to the common usage.
