He means: When the meats became putrid from their abundance among you, you turned away from me.
واللحمة بالضم: القرابة
And 'al-lahmah' (with dammah) means kinship.
ولحمة الثوب تضم وتفتح
And the 'lahmah' of a garment is said with dammah and fatha.
ولحمة البازي: ما يطعم مما يصيده، يضم ويفتح أيضا

وقد لحم الرجل بالضم فهو لحيم، إذا كان كثير اللحم في بدنه
And a man 'luhima' (with dammah), so he is 'lahim', if he has much flesh on his body.
ولحم بالكسر: اشتهى اللحم، فهو لحم
And 'lahima' (with kasrah): he craved meat, so he is 'lahim'.
ولحمت القوم ألحمهم بالفتح فيهما، إذا أطعمتهم اللحم فأنا لاحم
And you 'lahamta' a people, you 'ulhimuhum' (with fatha in both), if you fed them meat, then I am 'laahim'.
ولا تقل ألحمت، ms1385 والأصمعي يقوله
And do not say 'alhamta', but Al-Asma'i says it.
ويقال أيضا: رجل لاحم: ذو لحم، مثل تامر ولابن
And it is also said: a 'laahim' man: one with much flesh, like 'taamir' (one with dates) and 'laabin' (one with milk).

And 'al-lahaam': the one who sells meat.
ولحمت العظم ألحمه بالضم، إذا عرقته
And you 'lahamta' the bone, you 'ulhimuhu' (with dammah), if you scraped it clean.
وقال: وعامنا أعجبنا مقدمه يدعى أبا السمح وقرضاب سمه مبتركا لكل عظم يلحمه
And he said: 'And our year, its beginning pleased us, called Abu Al-Samh, and Qaradhb, his poison, was a hindrance to every bone that it scraped.'
وألحم الدابة، إذا وقف فلم يبرح واحتاج إلى الضرب
And you 'alhamta' the animal, if it stopped and did not move, and needed to be struck.
وألحمتك عرض فلان، إذا أمكنتك منه تشتمه
And I 'alhamtuka' the honor of so-and-so, if I gave you the opportunity to insult him.
وألحمته سيفى
And I 'alhamtuhu' my sword.
وألحم الناسج الثوب
And the weaver 'alhamta' the cloth.
وفي المثل: " ألحم ما أسديت " أي تمم ما ابتدأته من الإحسان
And in the proverb: 'The most complete good deed you have done' means complete what you started of kindness.
وألحم الرجل: كثر في بيته اللحم
And a man 'alhamta': meat became abundant in his house.
وألحم الزرع، إذا صار فيه حب

وألحمت الحرب فالتحمت
