ومننه رجل مغرم بالحب حب النساء.

ومننه قولهم: رجل مغرم من الغرم والدين.
And from it is their saying: a man indebted from debt and obligation.
والغرام: الولوع وقد أغرم بالشئ أي أولع به.
And al-gharam: infatuation, and one may be أغرم by a thing, meaning infatuated by it.
والغريم: الذي عليه الدين.
And al-ghareem: he who has the debt upon him (the debtor).
يقال: خذ من غريم السوء ما سنح.
It is said: take from the bad debtor what is available.
وقد يكون الغريم أيضا الذي له الدين.
And al-ghareem can also be he who has the debt (the creditor).
قضى كل ذي دين فوفى غريمه وعزه ممطول معنى غريمها
Every person with a debt fulfilled his creditor, and his honor was prolonged, meaning her creditor.
وأغرمته أنا وغرمته بمعنى.
And I made him incur debt, and he incurred debt, meaning the same.
والغرامة: ما يلزم أداؤه وكذلك المغرم والعزم.
