So they chew their iron bits, their forelocks leaning towards their standards, like birds remaining in their hovering.
وقوله " متدوامات " أي مدومات دائرات عائفات على شئ.
And his saying 'mutadawwimat' means enduring, circling, hovering over something.
وتدويم الكلب: إمعانه في الهرب.
And the dog's 'tadwim' is its prolonged fleeing.
والمديم: الراعف والدوم: شجر المقل.
And 'al-madeem' is the bleeding nose, and 'al-dawm' is the castor oil plant tree.
