والمبرم من الثياب: المفتول الغزل طاقين، ومنه سمي المبرم، وهو جنس من الثياب.
And al-mubram of garments: the yarn twisted in two strands, and from this it is named al-mubram, which is a type of garment.
أبو عبيدة: يقال اشولنا من بريميها، أي من الكبد والسنام، يقدان طولا ويلفان بخيط أو غيره.
