And Sibawayh used to say: 'Al-fulk' is a broken plural of 'al-fulk' which is singular, and it is not like 'al-janb' which is singular and plural, and 'at-tiflu' and similar nouns, because 'fa'al' and 'fa'al' share the same thing, like 'al-'arab' and 'al-'arab', 'al-'ajam' and 'al-'ajam', 'ar-rahb' and 'ar-rahb'. So when it is permissible for 'fa'al' to be pluralized as 'fa'al', like 'asad' and 'asad', it is not impossible for 'fa'al' to be pluralized as 'fa'al'.
And 'al-fulk' is the singular of 'afalak' of the vulva.
And it is permissible for it to be pluralized as 'fa'al' like 'asad' and 'asad', and 'khashab' and 'khashab'.
