It is said a female camel is sa'faa' and a male camel is as'af, and it has been afflicted.
والاسعف من الخيل: الاشيب الناصية
And al-is'af among horses: the one with a white forelock.
فإذا ابيضت كلها فهو الاصبغ
And if its entire mane is white, then it is al-asbagh.
وأسعفت الرجال بحاجته، إذا قضيتها له
And you fulfilled the man's need, if you satisfied it for him.
والمساعفة المواتاة والمساعدة
And al-musaa'afah is compliance and assistance.
