The command of Allah is balagh (accomplished) with a fatha.
أحمق بلغ بالكسر، أي هو مع حماقته يبلغ ما يريده
A foolish person baligh (accomplished), meaning he, despite his foolishness, achieves what he wants.
والبلاغة: الفصاحة
And al-balaghah means eloquence.
وبلغ الرجل بالضم، أي صار بليغا
And the man became baligh (eloquent) with a damma.
والبلغات، كالوشايات
And al-bulughat are like slanders.
والبلغين: الداهية
And al-bulghayn means the cunning one.
بلغت منا البلغين
You have reached us, O cunning ones.
وبالغ فلان في أمري، إذا لم يقصر فيه
And so-and-so exerted himself in my affair, if he did not fall short in it.
والبلغة: ما يتبلغ به من العيش
And al-bulghah is what one sustains oneself with from living.
وتبلغ بكذا، أي اكتفى به
And you are content with such-and-such, meaning you suffice with it.
وتبلغت به العلة، أي اشتدت
And the illness intensified with it, meaning it became severe.
والبالغاء: الا كارع فيه لغة أهل المدينة
And al-baligha' is the watering place, a dialect of the people of Medina.
