The woman lacked modesty (jal'at) with kasra, so she is jal'ah and also jāli'ah, meaning lacking in shyness and speaking obscenely, and likewise the man is jal' and jāli'.
ومجالعة القوم: مجاوبتهم بالفحش وتنازعهم عند الشرب والقمار.

تقول منه: جلع فمه بالكسر جلعا.
You say from it: His mouth parted (jali'a) with kasra, a parting (julu'an).
وانجلع الشئ، أي انكشف.
And a thing became uncovered (injala'a), meaning it was revealed.
وقد جلعت تجلع جلوعا.
And she had parted lips (jal'at tajla'u julu'an).
ومرت علينا أم سفيان جالعا * فلم تر عيني مثلها جالعا تمشى
And Umm Sufyān passed by us uncovered (jāli'an), and my eyes have never seen the like of her walking uncovered (jāli'an).
والجلعم: قليل الحياء.
And al-jal'am is one who is lacking in shyness.
