وسوطه، أي خلطه وأكثر ذلك
and 'sawwaṭahu', meaning to mix it and to do that extensively.
يقال: سوط فلان أموره
It is said: So-and-so mixed up his affairs.
فسطها ذميم الرأي غير موفق
So he mixed them up, a reprehensible opinion, unsuccessful.
فلست على تسويطها بمعان
and you will not be able to manage their entanglement.
يقال أموالهم سويطة بينهم، أي مختلطة
It is said: their wealth is 'sawīṭah' among them, meaning mixed.
