When the exhausted one with a disheveled head sleeps behind them.

يقول: إنها قد بطنت، فهي تزفر فيسمع الراعى أصوات أجوافها فيجئ إليها

He means: they have internal ailments, so they exhale loudly, and the shepherd hears the sounds of their insides and comes to them.

وربما قيل للقراد طلح وطليح
