وَالمُؤْتَثِجَةُ: الأَرْضُ الكَثِيرَةُ الكَلإِ.
And al-mu'tathijah: the land abundant in grass.
وَاسْتَوْثَجَ المَالُ: كَثُرَ.
And wealth became abundant: it increased.
اسْتَوْثَجَ الرَّجُلُ مِنَ المَالِ، إِذَا اسْتَكْثَرَ مِنْهُ.
A man acquired much wealth, if he accumulated a lot of it.
