وملئ الرجل وأملأه الله، أي أزكمه
And 'muli'a' the man, and 'amlāhu Allāh', meaning He afflicted him with a cold.
وملا الرجل: صار مليئا أي ثقة
And 'mala'a' the man means he became trustworthy, i.e., reliable.
مالأته على الأمر ممالأة: ساعدته عليه وشايعته
I conspired with him in the matter, 'mulā'a': I helped him with it and supported him.
تمالؤوا على الامر: اجتمعوا عليه
'Tamāla'ū' on the matter: they agreed upon it.
وتحدثوا ملأ لتصبح أمنا
And they spoke amongst themselves, conspiring, so that she might become safe.

How good is the character of the people of so-and-so.
