And 'tamallala' and 'imtalla': entered into it, and the blood money, and 'malla al-qawsa' or 'al-sahma bil-nar': treated it with it, and the thing in the embers: inserted it, and in walking: sped up, like 'imtalla' and 'tamallala', and the garment: sewed it, and 'mallala al-khubza wal-lahma': inserted it into 'al-malla', so it is 'malil' and 'mamlul', and upon him the journey: it became long, like 'amala'.
وَ الْمَلَالُ، بِالضَّمِّ: خَشَبَةُ قَائِمِ السَّيْفِ، وَظَهْرُ الْقَوْسِ، وَع، وَالْحَرُّ الْكَامِنُ فِي الْعَظْمِ، كَالْمَلِيلَةِ، وَوَجَعُ الظَّهْرِ، وَعِرْقُ الْحُمَّى، وَالتَّقَلُّبُ مَرَضًا أَوْ غَمًّا، فِعْلُ الْكُلِّ مَلِلْتُ، بِالْكَسْرِ، وَمَلَلْتُ وَتَمَلَّلْتُ.
And 'al-malal', with damma: the wooden part of the sword's hilt, and the back of the bow, and 'a', and the latent heat in the bone, like 'al-malilah', and back pain, and the fever vein, and tossing and turning due to illness or worry, the action of all is 'maliltu', with kasra, and 'malaltu' and 'tamalaltu'.
وَ تَمَلْمَلَ: تَقَلَّبَ.
And 'tamalmal': he tossed and turned.
وَ طَرِيقٌ مَلِيلٌ وَ مَمْلٌ، بِفَتْحِ الثَّانِيَةِ: سُلِكَ فَهُوَ مُعْلَمٌ لَاحِبٌ.
And a road 'malil' and 'maml', with the second letter fathah: was traversed, so it is a marked, well-trodden path.
وَ أَمَلَهُ: قَالَ لَهُ فَكَتَبَ عَنْهُ.
And 'amalahu': he said to him, so he wrote from him.

وَ الْمُلَى، كَرُبَى: الْخُبْزَةُ الْمُنْضِجَةُ، وَهَارُونُ بْنُ مُلُولٍ، كَتَنُّورٍ، وَشُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمَعْرُوفُ بِابْنِ أَخِي مُلُولٍ: مُحَدِّثَانِ.
And 'al-mula', like 'ruba': the baked loaf of bread, and Harun ibn Mulul, like 'tannur', and Shu'ayb ibn Ishaq, known as the nephew of Mulul: two hadith narrators.
وَ كَزُبَيْرٍ: الْغُرَابُ، وَاسْمٌ، وَأَبُو مُلِيلِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَابْنُ الْأَغَرِّ: صَحَابِيَّانِ.
And like 'zubayr': the crow, and a name, and Abu Mulil ibn Abd Allah, and Ibn al-Aghar: two companions.
وَ انْسَلَّ: انْسَلَّ.
And 'insalla': slipped away.
