And an extremely foolish person, بلغ, and with kasra, and بلغة, meaning: despite his foolishness, he achieves what he wants, or reaches an extreme in foolishness.
واللهم سمع لا بلغ، وسمعا لا بلغا، ويكسران، أي: نسمع به ولا يتم، أو يقوله من سمع خبرا لا يعجبه
And O Allah, let us hear but not reach, or hear but not attain, and both are with kasra, meaning: we hear of it but it is not completed, or it is said by one who hears news he dislikes.
وأمر الله بلغ، أي: بالغ نافذ، يبلغ أين أريد به
And God's command is بالغ, meaning: effective and penetrating, reaching wherever it is intended.
وجيش بلغ: كذلك
And an army بالغ: is likewise effective.
ورجل بلغ ملغ، بكسرهما: خبيث
And a man بلغ ملغ, with kasra for both: is wicked.
والبلغ، ويكسر، وكعنب وسكارى وحبارى: البليغ الفصيح، يبلغ بعبارته كنه ضميره، بلغ ككرم
And the eloquent person, البَلَغ, and with kasra, and like 'anab, sukara, and habara: is the eloquent, fluent speaker, who reaches with his expression the core of his inner thoughts, he is بلغ like karam.
والبلاغ، كسحاب: الكفاية، والاسم من الإبلاغ والتبليغ، وهما: الإيصال
And sufficiency, البلاغ, like sahabi: is adequacy, and it is the noun from الإبلاغ and التبليغ, and they both mean: delivery.
وفي الحديث: "كل رافعة رفعت علينا من البلاغ"، أي: ما بلغ من القرآن والسنن، أو المعنى من ذوي البلاغ، أي: التبليغ، أقام الاسم مقام المصدر، ويروى بالكسر، أي: من المبالغين في التبليغ، من بالغ مبالغة وبلاغا: إذا اجتهد ولم يقصر
And in the Hadith: 'Every raising that was raised to us from the البلاغ', meaning: what has been conveyed from the Quran and Sunnah, or the meaning is from those who convey, meaning: التبليغ, using the noun in place of the masdar, and it is narrated with kasra, meaning: from those who exert themselves greatly in التبليغ, from بالغ مبالغة وبلاغا: when one strives hard and does not fall short.

And the calamity, البُلْغَيْن, in the saying of Aisha, may God have mercy on her, to Ali, may God have mercy on him: 'You have reached us with the calamity', and its first letter is with damma: calamity, she meant: 'You have reached us to the utmost extent'.

And the horseman urged on, تَبْلِيغًا: he extended his hand on his horse's reins to increase its speed.

And he was content with such-and-such: he was satisfied with it.
والمنزل: تكلف إليه البلوغ حتى بلغ
And the destination: he took the trouble to reach it until he arrived.
وبه العلة: اشتدت
And with it the illness: it intensified.
