And so-and-so debased himself, a base debasement: he humiliated himself.

And 'al-wāḍiʿah': the meadow, and that which grazes on 'al-ḍiʿah' of thorny plants, meaning the vegetation, and the immoral woman.
وضع اللبنة غير هذه الوضعة، ويكسر، والضعة: بمعنى.

The camel lost its senses, 'waḍʿan' and 'mawḍūʿan': its head became disoriented and it sped up.

And in his lineage is 'ḍiʿah', and it is broken: degradation, ignobility, meanness, and he became 'waḍaʿa', like 'karuma', 'ḍiʿatan', and it is broken, and 'waḍāʿatan', and he became 'ittaḍaʿa', and others debased him and 'waḍaʿahu' through 'tawḍīʿan'.

And 'al-waḍīʿ': the one whose status is lowered, and the deposit, and taking dates before they dry and are placed in jars.

And 'al-waḍīʿah': thorny plants, the discount, camels drawn to water, what the sultan takes as land tax and tithes, the claimed offspring, and he became 'waḍaʿa', like 'karuma', and: a book in which wisdom is written, pl. 'waḍāʾiʿ', and: wheat pounded and ghee poured on it to be eaten, and names of people from the army, whose names are placed in a region from which they do not fight, and 'al-waḍāʾiʿ' are the burdens of the people, and as for 'al-waḍāʾiʿ' whom Khosrow appointed, they were like hostages, he would hold them as pledges and settle them in some of his lands.
"وضائع الملك" في الحديث: ما وضع عليهم في ملكهم من الزكوات، أي: لكم الوظائف التي نوظفها على المسلمين في الملك، لا نزيد عليكم فيها.

والاتضاع: أن تخفض رأس البعير لتضع قدمك على عنقه فتركب.

And come, I will 'uwāḍiʿuka' the opinion: I will show you my opinion, and you show me your opinion.
