And when the buried female infant is asked, For what sin was she killed? And when the records are laid open, And when the sky is stripped away, And when Hellfire is kindled, And when Paradise is brought near, [Every] soul will know what it has brought [with it].

فَأَنْذِرْهُمْ وَاسْتَعِدَّ لَهُمْ

So warn them and prepare for them.

هَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الْإِنْسَانِ حِينٌ مِنَ الدَّهْرِ لَمْ يَكُنْ شَيْئًا مَذْكُورًا إِنَّا خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ مِنْ نُطْفَةٍ أَمْشَاجٍ نَبْتَلِيهِ فَجَعَلْنَاهُ سَمِيعًا بَصِيرًا إِنَّا هَدَيْنَاهُ السَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِرًا وَإِمَّا كَفُورًا

Has there not come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing remembered? Indeed, We created man from a drop of mingled sperm, to test him; and We made him hearing and seeing. Indeed, We guided him to the way, be he grateful or ungrateful.

وَمَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيُضِيعَ إِيمَانَكُمْ

And Allah would never have caused you to lose your faith.

وَإِنِّي نَذَرْتُ لَكَ مَا فِي بَطْنِي مُحَرَّرًا فَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

Indeed, I have devoted to You what is in my womb, consecrated [for religious service]; so accept this from me. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
