Nashe'a, like man'a and karuma, means to live, to grow and mature, and for a cloud, to rise.
وَنَشِئَ وَانْتَشَأَ: بِمَعْنًى.

And everything that occurs and begins at night, plural: nāshi'ah, or it is a masdar on the pattern fā'ilah, or the beginning of the day and night, or the first hours of the night, or every hour that someone stands up at night, or the rising after sleeping, like al-nashi'ah.
وَالنَّشْءُ: صِغَارُ الإِبِلِ، ج: نَشْءٌ مُحَرَّكَةٌ، وَالسَّحَابُ المُرْتَفِعُ، أَوْ أَوَّلُ مَا يَنْشَأُ مِنْهُ، كَالنَّشِيءِ.
And al-nash' is the young of camels, plural: nash'un with vowel variation, and the rising clouds, or the first of what emerges from them, like al-nashi'.
وَأَنْشَأَ يُحْكِي: جَعَلَ، وَمِنْهُ: خَرَجَ، وَالنَّاقَةُ: لَقِحَتْ، وَدَارًا: بَدَأَ بِنَاءَهَا، وَاللهُ (تَعَالَى) السَّحَابَ: رَفَعَهُ، وَالحَدِيثَ: وَضَعَهُ.
And ansha'a to narrate means to make, and from it: to go out, and for the she-camel: to become pregnant, and for a house: to begin its construction, and Allah (Exalted is He) for the clouds: to raise them, and for a saying: to fabricate it.
وَالنَّشِيئَةُ: أَوَّلُ مَا يُعْمَلُ مِنَ الحَوْضِ، وَالرَّطْبُ مِنَ الطَّرِيفَةِ، وَنَبْتُ النَّصِيِّ وَالصَّلْيَانِ، أَوْ مَا نَهَضَ مِنْ كُلِّ نَبَاتٍ وَلَمْ يَغْلُظْ بَعْدُ، كَالنَّشْأَةِ، وَالحَجَرُ يُجْعَلُ فِي أَسْفَلِ الحَوْضِ، وَمَا وَرَاءَ النَّصَائِبِ مِنَ التُّرَابِ.
And al-nashi'ah is the first part of what is made of a basin, and the tender part of fresh produce, and the plants of al-nasi and al-saliyan, or what rises from any plant and has not yet become thick, like al-nash'ah, and the stone placed at the bottom of the basin, and the earth behind the boundary markers.
وَتَنَشَّأَ لِحَاجَتِهِ: نَهَضَ وَمَشَى.
And tanashsha'a for his need means to rise and walk.
وَاسْتَنْشَأَ الأَخْبَارَ: تَتَبَّعَهَا.
And istansha'a the news means to follow it up.
وَالمُسْتَنْشِئَةُ: الكَاهِنَةُ.
And al-mustanshi'ah is the soothsayer.
وَالمَنْشَأُ وَالمُسْتَنْشَأُ: المَرْفُوعُ المُحَدَّدُ مِنَ الأَعْلَامِ وَالصُّوَى.
And al-mansha' and al-mustansha' are the raised and distinct landmarks and markers.
وَ {الجَوَارِي المُنْشَآتُ} : السُّفُنُ المَرْفُوعَةُ القُلُوعِ.
And {the sailing ships} are the ships with raised sails.
