ذاك الهراء شيطان وكل بالنفوس ، قيل: لم يسمع الهراء أنه شيطان إلا في هذا الحديث، قال: والهراء في اللغة السمح الجواد والهذيان، والله أعلم.
That nonsense is a devil and clings to souls, it was said: 'al-hirā' was not heard to mean a devil except in this hadith, he said: and al-hirā' in language means the generous, the bountiful, and idle talk, and Allah knows best.
