He lost his appetite for food and desired it: his appetite for it returned without illness, like 'aqhama'. It is said of a man with little appetite: 'He has become 'aqha' and 'aqhama', and it is said: it is to be able to have food and not eat it, even if he desires it.

وأقهى عن الطعام إذا قذره فتركه وهو يشتهيه.
