In the heart is a غشاوة, which is the membrane covering it. Sometimes the heart of a human or animal comes out of its غشاء, due to a fright that startles it, causing it to die on the spot. Likewise, the Arabs say: 'His heart became dislodged.' The فؤاد in the abdomen is the heart, and in it is its سويداء, which is a black clot. If the heart is cut open, it appears like a piece of liver.
