And a person may delve into speech and speak aimlessly.
بشيظمي يفهم التفهيما، ... ويعتقي بالعقم التعقيما
With a sharp mind that understands understanding... and he speaks aimlessly with bitterness, causing bitterness.
معنى يعتقي أي يحبس ويمنع بالعقم التعقيم أي بالشر الشر.
The meaning of 'ya'taqi' is to hold back and prevent with bitterness, meaning evil for evil.
عق الرجل بسهمه إذا رمى به في السماء فارتفع
A man shot his arrow high into the sky.

And it is likewise from the foal, the young donkey, the young camel, and the young goat, and the plural is 'a'qa', and the newborn, human or animal, passes its 'aqiyyan'.
