السطو أن يدخل الرجل اليد في الرحم فيستخرج الولد

And al-masṭu is to insert the hand into the womb and extract the seminal fluid, which is the stallion's fluid.

وقد يسطى على المرأة إذا نشب ولدها في بطنها ميتا فيستخرج.

لا بأس أن يسطو الرجل على المرأة إذا لم توجد امرأة تعالجها وخيف عليها
There is no harm for a man to forcefully deliver a woman if no midwife is found and she is feared to be in danger.
يعني إذا نشب ولدها في بطنها ميتا فله مع عدم القابلة أن يدخل يده في فرجها ويستخرج الولد، وذلك الفعل السطو، وأصله القهر والبطش.
Meaning if her child becomes stuck dead in her womb, he may, in the absence of a midwife, insert his hand into her vagina and extract the child, and that act is al-satu, and its origin is oppression and force.
وفرس ساط: بعيد الشحوة، وقيل: هو الرافع ذنبه في عدوه، وهو محمود، وقد سطا يسطو سطوا
