And in the hadith of Ibn Umar: The embroiderer (female) was cursed; Nafi' said: The tattoo is on the gum.
اللَّثَة، بِالْكَسْرِ وَالتَّخْفِيف، عُمُور الْأَسْنَان وَهِيَ مَغَارِزهَا.
Al-laththah, with kasr and taخfīf, is the gums of the teeth, and they are their sockets.
