قَالَ ابْنُ الأَثِيرِ: وَقِيلَ يَجُوزُ أَنْ يَكُونَ مِنْ قَوْلِهِمْ جِسْمٌ رَهْرَهَةٌ أَيْ أَبْيَضُ مِنَ النِّعْمَةِ، يُرِيدُ طَسْتًا بَيْضَاءَ مُتَلَأْلِئَةً.
Ibn al-Athir said: And it is said it may be from their saying 'a rahraha body', meaning white from prosperity, intending a basin that is white and shimmering.
وَرَهْرَهَ مَائِدَتَهُ إِذَا وَسَّعَهَا سَخَاءً وَكَرَمًا.
And he rahraha his table if he made it abundant with generosity and nobility.
الأَزْهَرِيُّ: الرَّهَةُ الطَّسْتُ الكَبِيرَةُ.
