Indeed, Allah has relieved you from 'al-Jabhah', 'al-Sajjah', and 'al-Bajjah'. It was said in its interpretation: 'al-Jabhah' is humiliation.

And the noun is 'al-Jubayhah', and it is said to be an idol worshipped in the pre-Islamic era.

'Al-Jabhah' refers to men who undertake responsibilities for blood money, debts, or supporting the poor, and they do not approach anyone without feeling ashamed to turn them away.

فلا يأتون أحدا إلا استحيا من ردهم، وقيل: لا يكاد أحد يردهم، فتقول العرب في الرجل الذي يعطي في مثل هذه الحقوق: رحم الله فلانا فقد كان يعطي في الجبهة،

They do not approach anyone without feeling ashamed to turn them away; it is said no one can hardly turn them away. The Arabs say about a man who gives towards such obligations: 'May Allah have mercy on so-and-so, for he used to give to 'al-Jabhah'.'

وتفسير قوله ليس في الجبهة صدقة، أن المصدق إن وجد في أيدي هذه الجبهة من الإبل ما تجب فيه الصدقة لم يأخذ منها الصدقة، لأنهم جمعوها لمغرم أو حمالة.

And the interpretation of 'There is no charity in 'al-Jabhah'' is that if the tax collector finds camels among these 'Jabhah' (people) that are subject to charity, he does not take charity from them, because they collected them for a debt or a burden.
