وفي حديث بلال حين أذن قبل الوقت: ألا إن العبد تهن ، أي نام،
And in the hadith of Bilal when he called the adhan before the time: 'Indeed, the servant slept,' meaning he slept,
وقيل: النون بدل فيه من الميم، يقال: تهم يتهم إذا نام،
And it was said: The 'nun' is a substitute for the 'mim' in it. It is said: tahama, yatahamu if he sleeps,
المعنى أنه أشكل عليه وقت الأذان وتحير فيه، فكأنه قد نام.
The meaning is that the time for the adhan became unclear to him and he was bewildered by it, as if he had slept.
