معناه أنه يفتر ذكره قبل الإنزال وبعد الإيلاج وعليه الغسل إذا فعل ذلك لالتقاء الختانين

Its meaning is that his penis becomes weak before ejaculation and after penetration, and washing is obligatory upon him if that occurs due to the meeting of the circumcised parts.

There is nothing in 'al-iksāl' but purification.

أكسل إذا جامع ثم لحقه فتور فلم ينزل

'Aksala' if he has intercourse and then fatigue overtakes him and he does not ejaculate.

ومعناه صار ذا كسل

وهذا على مذهب من رأى أن الغسل لا يجب إلا من الإنزال وهو منسوخ
