وإنه لمتهوك لما هو فيه أي يركب الذنوب والخطايا
And indeed he is mutahawwik in what he is in, meaning he commits sins and transgressions.
التهوك مثل التهور، وهو الوقوع في الشيء بقلة مبالاة وغير روية
