والحبائك: الطرق، واحدتها حبيكة، يعني بها السموات لأن فيها طرق النجوم.
And al-ḥabā'ik: are the paths, its singular is ḥabīkah, referring to the heavens because they contain the paths of the stars.
والمحبوك: ما أجيد عمله.
And al-maḥbūk: is that which is skillfully made.
ودابة محبوكة إذا كانت مدمجة الخلق

وجاد ما حبكه إذا أجاد نسجه.

And he wove the garment, he weaves it and weaves it ḥabkan: he perfected its weaving and improved the mark of craftsmanship in it.

And a ḥabīk garment: is well-woven, and likewise a bowstring.
