وعشبها غدق وغدقه بلله وريه
And its grass is abundant, and it was watered and irrigated.
وغدقت الأرض غدقا وأغدقت: أخصبت

وغدقت العين غدقا، فهي غدقة، واغدودقت: غزرت وعذبت

When the cloud arises from the direction of the sea, then that is an abundant spring.
أي كثيرة الماء؛ هكذا جاءت مصغرة وهو من تصغير التعظيم
Meaning, abundant in water; thus it came in the diminutive form, and it is from the diminutive of magnification.
وشاب غيدق وغيداق أي ناعم
