The most hated of you to me are the garrulous, the mutashaddiqun, for they are those who expand in speech without caution or care, and it was said: By al-mutashaddiq, he meant the one who mocks people, twisting his mouth corner at them and against them.

And he spoke expansively in his speech: he opened his mouth wide.
والشداق من سمات الإبل: رسم على الشدق؛ عن ابن حبيب في تذكرة أبي علي.
And al-shadaq from the marks of camels: a mark on the side of the mouth; according to Ibn Habib in Abu Ali's Memorial.
