قال أبو منصور: هذا حرف صحيح رواه عمرو بن كركرة وهو ثقة، قال: والرفع تبن الذرة، والرفع أسفل الوادي، والنفغ التنفط، والمرغ الريق.
Abu Mansur said: This is a correct word narrated by Amr ibn Karkara, who is trustworthy. He said: Ar-raf' is corn husks, Ar-raf' is the lower part of the valley, An-nafgh is blistering, and Ar-margh is saliva.
