والبَزِيعُ: السَّيِّدُ الشَّرِيفُ؛ حَكَاهُ الفَارِسِيُّ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ.

وقال أبو الغوث: غلامٌ بَزِيعٌ أي متكلم لا يستحيي.
Abu al-Ghawth said: A clever boy means one who speaks without shyness.

وتبَزَّعَ الشَّرُّ: هَاجَ وتَفَاقَمَ، وقيل: أرْعَدَ ولَمَّا يَقَعْ؛ قال العجاج: إني إذا أمر العدى تبزعا.
And 'tabazza'a the evil' means: it flared up and intensified, and it was said: it thundered but had not yet occurred; Al-A'raj said: 'Indeed, when the enemy's affair escalates.'

And 'Bawza'' is the name of a known sand dune from the dunes of Banu Asad, and in Al-Tahdhib: Banu Sa'd; Ru'bah said: '...by the sand dune Yarna or by the sand dune Bawza''.
وبوزع: اسم امرأة كأنه فوعل من البزيع؛ قال جرير: هزئت بويزع، إذ دببت على العصا، ... هلا هزئت بغيرنا يا بوزع؟
And 'Buwayza'' is the name of a woman, as if it were 'faw'al' from 'al-bazi''; Jarir said: 'Buwayza' mocked me, as I crawled on my stick... Why didn't you mock someone else, O Buwayza''?
