ونحض اللحم ينحضه وينحضه نحضا: قشره.
And he peeled the flesh, he peels it and peels it naḥḍan: he scraped it.
ونحض العظم ينحضه نحضا وانتحضه: أخذ ما عليه من اللحم واعترقه.

فاعمد إلى شاة ممتلئة شحما ونحضا ؛ النحض: اللحم؛
So take a sheep full of fat and naḥḍ; an-naḥḍ: the flesh;
عيرانه قذفت بالنحض عن عرض أي رميت باللحم.
Her she-camel threw off flesh from her side, meaning she was thrown with flesh.
ونحضت السنان والنصل، فهو منحوض ونحيض إذا رققته وأحددته؛

And you importuned someone, if you persistently asked him until that asking was like scraping flesh from bone;
قال أبو زيد نحض الرجل سأله ولامه؛
Abu Zayd said: Naḥaḍa a man means he asked him and blamed him;
أعطى بلا من ولا تقارض، ... ولا سؤال مع نحض الناحض
He gave without favor or reciprocity, ... nor asking with the importuning of the beggar.
