So-and-so, his lap does not ooze, meaning no good is obtained from him. It is said of the stingy person, meaning his qualities do not become moist.
ما تَبِضُّ بِبِلالٍ أي ما يَقْطُرُ مِنْها لَبَنٌ.
It does not ooze milk, meaning milk does not drip from it.
وبَضَّتِ الحَلْمَةُ أي دَرَّتْ حَلْمَةُ الضَّرْعِ باللَّبَنِ.
And the nipple oozed, meaning the nipple of the udder yielded milk.
وبِئْرٌ بَضُوضٌ: يَخْرُجُ ماؤُها قَليلاً قَليلاً.

هل يَنْتَظِرُ أهْلُ بَضاضَةِ الشَّبابِ إلا كَذا؟
Do the people of the tenderness of youth await anything but this?
البَضاضَةُ: رِقَّةُ اللَّوْنِ وصَفاؤُهُ الذي يُؤَثِّرُ فيهِ أدْنى شَيْءٍ.
'Al-baḍāḍah': is the delicacy of color and its clarity, which is affected by the slightest thing.
قَدِمَ عُمَرُ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، عَلى مُعاوِيَةَ وهو أبَضُّ النَّاسِ أي أرَقُّهُمْ لَوْناً وأحْسَنُهُمْ بِشْرَةً.
Umar, may God be pleased with him, arrived before Mu'awiyah, and he was the 'abadd' of people, meaning the most delicate in color and the most beautiful in complexion.

Indeed, look among yourselves for a man who is white and tender.
