ومننه قيل للرئيس الذي يسوس عشيرته بما شاء من عدل وظلم: مُغَذْمِر
From this, the leader who manages his tribe as he wishes, whether justly or unjustly, is called a 'mughdhmir'.
ومُغَذْمِرٌ لِحُقُوقِهَا، هَضَّامُهَا

The people of Ta'if asked him to write them a guarantee by legalizing usury and wine, but he refused. So they stood up with anger and confused speech.
التَّغَذْمُرُ: الغضبُ وسوءُ اللفظِ والتخليطُ في الكلامِ، وكذلك البَرْبَرَةُ
'Al-taghadhmur': Anger, bad speech, and confusion in speaking, as is 'al-barbarah'.
