Fame: the appearance of something in a scandalous manner until people make it known.
Whoever wears a garment of notoriety, Allah will clothe him in a garment of humiliation.
Fame is the clarity of the matter, and he made it famous, he makes it famous a month and fame, so it became famous, and he made it famous through publicizing, and it became famous;
And fame is disgrace;

When you come to us, we will make known the best of you by name, and when we see you, we will make known the best of you by face, and when we test you, the choice will be made.
The month: the moon, so named because of its fame and appearance, and it is said: when it appears and approaches fullness.
The month and the months are numbers, and the months are a collection.
And the month is the known number of days, so named because it is marked by the moon and in it is the sign of its beginning and end;
The month was named a month because of its fame and clarity;
It was only named a month because of its fame, and that is because people announce its entry and exit.
Fast the month and its secret;
The month is the crescent, named so because of its fame and appearance, meaning fast the beginning of the month and its end, and it is said: its secret is its middle;
The month is twenty-nine,
The month is only, meaning the benefit of watching the crescent on the night of the twenty-ninth is to know the deficiency of the month before it, and if it is intended to mean the month itself, then the 'al-' is for definiteness.
He was asked which fasting is best after the month of Ramadan? He said: the month of Allah, Muharram;
Two Eid months do not decrease;
He means Ramadan and Dhu al-Hijjah, meaning if their number is short in calculation, their ruling is complete so that his Ummah is not burdened if they fast twenty-nine, or if their pilgrimage falls incorrectly on the ninth or tenth, they do not have to make it up and no deficiency occurs in their ritual.
And other than that was said about it, he said: and this is more likely, and others said: it was named a month by the name of the crescent when it appears, it is named a month.
I saw the month, meaning I saw its crescent;
He sees the moon before the people while he is thin

Its meaning is the time of Hajj is well-known months.
The well-known months of Hajj are Shawwal, Dhu al-Qi'dah, and ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah, and it is permissible to say months even though they are two months and ten days from a third, and this is permissible for times.
And remember Allah during the appointed days. Whoever hastens in two days; and he only hastens in a day and a half.
He has today two days since I last saw him, and it is only a day and some other part;
And this is not permissible except for the appointed times because the Arabs may do an action in less than an hour and then attribute it to the day and say: I visited him this year, when he only visited him on a day within it.

It is said: the four months were twenty from Dhu al-Hijjah, Muharram, Safar, the month of Rabi' al-Awwal, and ten from Rabi' al-Akhir, because the declaration occurred on the Day of 'Arafah, so this time was the beginning of the term,
