الدسر: الدفع، أي يدفع ويكب للقتل ما يفعل بالجزور عند النحر
Al-dusr: the pushing, meaning he is pushed and laid down for slaughter as is done to a sacrificial animal at the time of slaughter.
قال: دسرته بالرمح دسرا وهبرته بالسيف هبرا
He said: I thrust him with the spear forcefully and hacked him with the sword.
دسره يدسره دسرا طعنه ودفعه
He thrust him and pushed him forcefully; he stabbed and pushed him.
والدسر أيضا في البضع، يقال: دسرها بأيره
And al-dusr is also in sexual intercourse; it is said: his penis penetrated her.
ودسرت السفينة الماء بصدرها: عاندته
And the ship pushed the water with its bow: it resisted it.

And it was said: al-dusr are the stitches of the ship; and it was said: it is the ship itself that pushes the water with its bow, meaning it propels it.
