Al-juʿẓār, al-juʿẓārah (with kasra on the jim), and al-juʿanẓār, all mean: the short-legged, thick-bodied man.

And Al-Jawharī said: Al-jaʿẓarī is the rude, coarse one.
الفراء: الجظ والجواظ الطويل الجسم الأكول الشروب البطر الكفور
Al-Farraʾ said: Al-jaẓẓ and al-jawāẓ are the tall-bodied, gluttonous, heavy-drinking, boastful, ungrateful ones.
قال: وهو الجعظار أيضا، والجعظري مثله
He said: And he is also al-juʿẓār, and al-jaʿẓarī is similar.
ألا أخبركم بأهل النار؟ كل جعظري جواظ مناع جماع
Shall I inform you about the people of the Fire? Every arrogant, boastful, preventing, hoarding one.
الجعظري: الفظ الغليظ المتكبر
Al-jaʿẓarī: The rude, coarse, arrogant one.
وقيل: هو الذي ينتفخ بما ليس عنده
And it is said: He is one who swells with pride over what he does not possess.
وفي رواية أخرى: هم الذين لا تصدع رؤوسهم
And in another narration: They are those whose heads do not ache.
الأزهري: الجعظري الطويل الجسم الأكول الشروب البطر الكافر، وهو الجعظارة والجعظار
Al-Azhari said: Al-jaʿẓarī is the tall-bodied, gluttonous, heavy-drinking, boastful, ungrateful one, and he is al-juʿẓārah and al-juʿẓār.
وقال أبو عمرو: الجعظري القصير السمين الأشر الجافي عن الموعظة
And Abu Amr said: Al-jaʿẓarī is the short, fat, arrogant one, distant from admonition.
