For a man to say to his companion: 'Cast to me the garment or other goods, or I cast it to you, and the sale is binding for such and such.'

قال: ويقال إنما هي أن تقول إذا نبذت الحصاة إليك فقد وجب البيع؛

He said: And it is said that it is for you to say when I cast the pebble to you, the sale is binding;

ونبيذة البئر: نبيثتها، وزعم يعقوب أن الذال بدل من الثاء.
