وما بالدار نافخ ضرمة أي ما بها أحد.
And there is no blower of embers in the house, meaning no one is there.
ود معاوية أنه ما بقي من بني هاشم نافخ ضرمة أي أحد لأن النار ينفخها الصغير والكبير والذكر والأنثى؛
Mu'awiyah wished that no blower of embers remained from the Banu Hashim, meaning anyone, because fire is blown by the young and old, male and female;
ينفحن منه لهبا منفوحا إنما أراد منفوخا فأبدل الحاء مكان الخاء،
They blow from it a blown flame, meaning he intended a blown (flame), substituting Hā' for Khā',
أنه نهى عن النفخ في الشراب ؛

إنما هو من أجل ما يخاف أن يبدر من ريقه فيقع فيه فربما شرب بعده غيره فيتأذى به.
It is only because of what is feared, that his saliva might fall into it, and perhaps someone else drinks after him and is harmed by it.
فإذا نفخ في الصور*
So when the trumpet is blown*
فأنفخ فيه فيكون طيرا بإذن الله .
So I shall breathe into it, and it will be a bird by Allah's permission.

ورجل ذو نفخ وذو نفج، بالجيم، أي صاحب فخر وكبر.

أعوذ بك من همزه ونفثه ونفخه، فنفثه الشعر، ونفخه الكبر، وهمزه الموتة لأن المتكبر يتعاظم ويجمع نفسه ونفسه فيحتاج أن ينفخ.
I seek refuge in You from his slander, his spitting, and his blowing; his spitting is poetry, and his blowing is pride, and his slander is the agony of death, because the arrogant person magnifies himself and gathers himself, needing to blow.

والنفاخة: الحجاة التي ترتفع فوق الماء.
And the nafakhah: the bladder that rises above the water.
والنفخاء من الأرض: مثل النبخاء؛
And the nafkhā' from the land: like the nabkhā';
وقيل: النفخاء أرض لينة فيها ارتفاع؛
And it was said: The nafkhā' is soft land with an elevation;
وقيل لابنة الخس: أي شيء أحسن؟ فقالت: أثر غادية «1»، في إثر سارية، في بلاد خاوية، في نفخاء رابية؛
And it was said to the daughter of al-Khass: What is most beautiful? She said: The trace of a morning shower, following a night shower, in desolate lands, in a high nafkhā';
