وتفسخ الشعر عن الجلد: زال وتطاير، ولا يقال إلا لشعر الميتة.

The cancellation of Hajj was a concession for the companions of the Prophet, peace be upon him, which is that he intended Hajj first, then he invalidated it and broke it and made it an 'Umrah and became unencumbered, then he re-entered the state of Ihram for Hajj, which is Tamattu' or something close to it.

And al-faskh: he who does not achieve his need.
وأفسخ القرآن: نسيه.

وتفسخ الربع تحت الحمل الثقيل، وذلك إذا لم يطقه.
And the room collapsed under the heavy load, and that is if it could not bear it.
