Then its fullness, its hunger, its drinking, its thirst, its droppings, and its urine are a success in his scales on the Day of Resurrection.

فإذا قال لك: بع لي عبدا أو متاعا أو اشتره لي، فتأتي التجار فتشتريه بالغلاء وتبيع بالوكس وتصيب من التاجر، وهو الفلاح
And if he says to you: Sell me a slave or an item or buy it for me, and you go to the merchants and buy it at a high price and sell it at a loss, and you profit from the merchant, that is al-falāḥ.
وفلح بهم تفليحا: مكر وقال غير الحق
And he deceived them, deceiving them: he plotted and said what was not the truth.
قد فلحوا به أي مكروا به
They have deceived him, meaning they plotted against him.
