يقول: هم رجح على بني برجان أي هم أرجح في القتال وشدة البأس منهم
He means: they are superior to the Banu Burjan, meaning they are more preponderant in fighting and severity of might than them.

And it is said: more thieving than Burjan.
وبرجة: فرس سنان بن أبي سنان
And Burja: the mare of Sinan bin Abi Sinan.
